5. Application Procedure
Visit the Web Entry System to apply. The Web Entry System will be available from July 3, 2017 12pm until July 21, 2017 3pm (JST). Once you submit your application, you can no longer change or modify the information. Be sure to double-check before proceeding.
- Some of the documents have to be submitted by registered mail or hand, and these must be received by July 21, 2017 3pm (JST). When you submit your application online, the system will ask you to create Address Sheet in PDF format. Print out the sheet to submit the required documents to us.
If your materials are not received by the due date, you will not be able to take the exam.
All applicants: (Expected) Graduation Certificate, Academic Transcript
If applicable: Degree Certificate, Research Plan, Published Thesis and Publications (Only those who are required to submit by airmail), Letter of Approval for Entrance Exam, Certificate of Government-Sponsored (Japanese Government Monbukagakusho Scholarship) Foreign Student, Receipt Portion (Certificate of Payment) of Examination Fee Statement (Applicants who made a convenience store payment), “Application Completed” Page of Examination Fee Payment by Credit Card (Applicants who made a credit card payment)
- Once the application has been submitted, you cannot change the graduate school or program you chose to enroll in.
- Unless requested, all documents submitted will not be returned to you.
Examination fees which have been paid are non-refundable.
