• Individuals who have earned or are expected to earn a master’s degree by March 2020
• Individuals who have earned or are expected to earn a specialized degree by March 2020
• Individuals who have earned or are expected to earn a master’s degree in a foreign country by March 2020
• Individuals who have been designated by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology
• Individuals who are 24 years of age or older as of March 2020, and whose qualification is recognized as equivalent to a master’s degree or a specialized degree as the result of the Eligibility Screening conducted by us
