5. Application Procedure

  1. 1.Visit our Web Entry system to apply. The Web Entry system will be available from September 3, 10am – 25, 5pm (JST), 2018.
  2. 2.All of the documents required for your application have to be mailed to the Office of Ph.D. Program in Empowerment Informatics by express mail. Those documents need to be received by October 1, 2018. All the documents submitted will not be returned to you. When you submit your application online, the system will ask you to create the Address Sheet as well as the other documents in PDF format. Print out the sheet created and attach it to the envelope when sending the required documents to us.
