5. Application Procedure

  1. Visit the Web Entry System to apply. Once you submit your application, you will not be able to make edits. Be sure to double-check before proceeding.
    【Application Period】
    August: 12:00 p.m., July 2 – 5:00 p.m., 20, 2018 (JST)
    February: 12:00 p.m., December 3 – 5:00 p.m., 26, 2018 (JST)
  2. After you complete the application procedure on the Web Entry System, you are not allowed to change the program of your choice.
  3. Some of the documents need to be submitted by mail or in person, and these must be received by the due date. When you submit your application online, the system will ask you to create an Address Sheet in PDF format. Stick the printed Address Sheet to the envelope for sending required documents.
    If your documents are not received by the due date, you will not be able to take the exam.

  4. All documents submitted will not be returned to you.
    Examination fee which have been paid are non-refundable.
