Doctoral Programs

1. Number of Students to be Admitted

(General Admission / Special Selection of Working Individuals)

• Time of entrance is April.
• Applications for General Admission and Special Selection of Working Individuals are held twice a year.
• The number of students 18 means a total of successful applicants in August and February.
• Applicants can take the examination in either or both in August and February.

2. Eligibility for Admission

Applicants will be deemed eligible if they meet one of the following requirements:

(A) No Eligibility Screening is required for the following individuals:

• Individuals who have a master’s degree or who will have one by March 2019
• Individuals who have a specialized degree or who will have one by March 2019
• Individuals who have earned a degree from a university outside Japan equivalent to a master’s degree or a specialized degree as of March 2019
• Others

(B) Eligibility Screening is required for the following individuals:

• Individuals who are 24 years of age or older as of March 2019, and whose qualification is recognized as equivalent to a master’s degree or a first professional degree as the result of the Eligibility Screening conducted by us
• Others

Eligibility for Special Selection of Working Individuals
(General)

• Individuals who meet the requirement of (A) or (B), and who have more than 3 years working experience as of April 1, 2019
  Applicant needs not to be incumbent worker.

(Dispatch from Employer)

• Individuals who meet the requirement of (A) or (B), and whose employer makes that person to apply.
  No limits of the length of the working experience are set.
