Visit our Web Entry system to apply. The Web Entry system will be available from November 18(Mon), 2019 – December 12(Thu), 2019.
Some of the documents have to be posted to the Office of Doctoral Program in Human Biology by express mail. Your documents need to be received by December 12(Thu) 5pm(JST), 2019. Original documents submitted will be returned to you after the examination. When you submit your application online, the system will ask you to create the Address Sheet. Print out the sheet created and attach it to the envelope when sending the required documents to us.
