5. Application Procedure
- Visit the Web Entry System to apply. Once you submit your application, you will not be able to make edits. Be sure to double-check before proceeding.

【Application Period】
- February Exam : December 2(Mon.), 2019 (from 12 p.m. JST) – December 20(Fri.), 2019 (to 3 p.m. JST)
- Some of the original documents have to be submitted by registered mail or in person, and these must be received by the deadline. When you submit your application online, the system will ask you to create an Address Sheet in PDF format. Print out the sheet and submit it along with the other required documents to us.

If the original documents are not submitted by the deadline, or if the documents are insufficient (including the case where the certificate is not the original), the application will not be accepted and you will not be able to take the exam. We will not return the original documents.

【Necessary documents】
- All applicants: (Expected) Graduation Certificate, Academic Transcript, List of Documents to be submitted.
- If applicable: (Expected) Degree Certificate, Research Plan, Summary of Research and Future Research Plans, Form for Submission of English Score (to which an original document of the English Score of your choice is attached), Form for Submission of the Certificate of Payment of Application Fee (to which a Receipt Portion (Certificate of Payment) of Examination Fee Statement is attached), Copy of “Application Completed” Page of Examination Fee Payment by Credit Card, Letter of Approval for Entrance Exam, Certificate of Government-Sponsored (Japanese Government Monbukagakusho scholarship) foreign students.
If the original documents are not submitted by the deadline, or if the documents are insufficient (including the case where the certificate is not the original), the application will not be accepted and you will not be able to take the exam. We will not return the original documents.
- After you complete the application procedure on the Web Entry System, you are not allowed to change the program of your choice.
- Certificates should be original documents. If it is not original, the application will not be accepted.
Basically, all documents submitted will not be returned to you.
