5. Application Procedure

  1. Visit our Web Entry system to apply.The Web Entry system will be available during the period of December 2, 10am to December 20, 3pm (JST) 2019.
    Once you submit your application, you will not be able to go back to edit. Be sure to double-check before proceeding.
  2. All of the documents required for your application have to be submitted to the Office of Ph.D. Program in Empowerment Informatics by express mail or hand, and these must be received by December 20, 2019. When you submit your application online, the system will ask you to create Address Sheet in PDF format. Please print out the sheet and submit it with the other required documents.
    If your materials are not received by the due date, you will not be able to take the exam.

  3. Unless requested, all documents submitted will not be returned to you.
    Examination fee which has been paid is non-refundable.
  4. Should you have any question about curriculum or research field, contact the corresponding faculty members on the list.
