7. Testing Location, Announcement of Acceptance, and Enrollment Procedure

Announcement of Acceptance
- July Selection Process: July 18, 2023 (from 10 a.m. JST) – July 24, 2023 (by 10 a.m. JST)
- October Selection Process: November 1, 2023 (from 10 a.m. JST) – November 7, 2023 (by 10 a.m. JST)
- January to February Selection Process: February 15, 2024 (from 10 a.m. JST) – February 21, 2024 (by 10 a.m. JST)
The examinee’s numbers of successful applicants will be posted on this website.
An acceptance letter will be sent to successful applicants on the same day by registered mail.
Note: If you are not at home on the day of delivery, an ‘absentee delivery notice’ will be left in your post box. Please make sure you receive it within a week, for example by requesting re-delivery from the post office.
Enrollment Procedure
- An enrollment packet (which contain documents to be submitted before entrance) will be sent to successful applicants.

Sent out in two instalments.Note: Successful applicants should notify us in advance if they are moving to a new permanent address before the date above or if they will be away for an extended period around the time the Guidelines are expected to be delivered.
- Estimated expenses at the time of entrance
- (a)Entrance fees are 282,000 Japanese Yen (non-refundable).
- (b)Tuition: Tuition for the first semester of the 2023 academic year (April-September) is 267,900 Japanese Yen. Tuition for the second semester (October-March) is 267,900 Japanese Yen. (Yearly Amount: 535,800 Japanese Yen)

- (1)If fees are revised before entrance or while the student is enrolled, the revised fees will be applied starting from the time of revision.
- (2)The Government-Sponsored (Japanese Government MEXT scholarship) foreign students, are exempted from paying the entrance fees.
- All applicants with a full-time job need a document or a letter (e.g., an order for a training course, a letter for a leave of absence, or an approval letter) from the employer to prove that they are available to complete the program.
- International applicants must acquire a Status of Residence suitable for entrance to a graduate school, in accordance with the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act (Cabinet Order No. 319 of 1951), before beginning the enrollment procedures. Those who wish to enter this Graduate School as an international student must acquire Status of Residence as a “Student.”
