4. Examination Fees
30,000 Japanese Yen (nonrefundable)
(The examination fees are exempted for the Government-Sponsored (Japanese Government Monbukagakusho scholarship))

Payment must be made from Tuesday, August 1, 2023 by the application deadline.
Credit Card Payment (for all applicants):
Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and American Express are accepted.
You can make a payment by using your credit card at this website.
Print out the application completed page after the payment and submit it together with other required documents to us by mail.

Administration fees need to be covered by the applicant.
Convenience Store Payment (for domestic applicants only):
At LAWSON, 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, or MINISTOP.
To pay your fee at a convenience store, follow the instructions given at this website (available in Japanese only).
After your payment transaction is completed, please submit a note with the name of the convenience store you made the payment , the date of payment transaction, and the number you received from the store.
- 7-Eleven: 13 digits
- LAWSON, FamilyMart, MINISTOP: 11 digits
Detach the Receipt Portion (Certificate of Payment) from the Examination Fee Statement given to you at the convenience store and affix it to the “Application Form”. Submit it together with other required documents to us by mail.

● Applicants to National Institute of Fitness and Sports in KANOYA
- Fill in the sections marked with ※ in the payment slip designated by National Institute of Fitness and Sports in KANOYA. Payment must be made on or after Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at a post office. Payment cannot be made through an ATM.
Remittance charge should be paid by the applicant.
Fill in the sections marked with ※ in the payment slip with your (the applicant’s) address, name, and phone number.
After remittance, make sure that the receipt and certificate of payment have the date stamped by the post office, and then attach it to the specified place on the application form.*Prepare an N3 size envelope with the applicant’s zip code, address, and name written and a JPY 84 postage stamp attached. In the envelope, enclose a note requesting a payment slip and send it to the address below.

Once you receive contact, take the necessary procedures by the specified date. - Did not apply to the Joint Master’s Program in International Development and Peace through Sport after the payment was made.
- Made payment of the examination fee twice or made overpayment of the examination fee.
In cases of 2 and 3, refund can be made according to your request. Make sure to contact us by Thursday, September 21, 2023.
