2. Eligibility for Application

• Individuals who have earned or are expected to earn a master’s degree or a specialized degree in Japan by March 2025
• Individuals who have earned or are expected to earn a master’s degree or a specialized degree in a foreign country by March 2025
• Individuals who are 24 years of age or older as of March 2025, and whose qualification is recognized as equivalent to a master’s degree or a specialized degree as the result of the Eligibility Screening conducted by us
