4. Examination Fees
4-1. All Examinations(Excluding entrance examinations with two-stage selection)

Payment period:
Payment can be made during the Web Entry System application period.
After paying the examination fee, the necessary information regarding payment will be entered into the Web Entry System, so please make sure to pay the fee in time for the Web Entry System application period. - Examination fee: 30,000 Japanese yen (The examination fees are exempted for the Government-Sponsored (Japanese Government Monbukagakusho scholarship) foreign students)
4-2. Two-Stage Selection

- Master’s Program in Art October Selection Process (General Selection Process/ Special Selection Process for Work Individuals)
(1) First Stage Selection (all)
- Payment period:
Payment can be made during the Web Entry System application period.
After paying the examination fee, the necessary information regarding payment will be entered into the Web Entry System, so please make sure to pay the fee in time for the Web Entry System application period. - First stage selection examination fee (all applicants): 7,000 Japanese yen (except for the Government-Sponsored (Japanese Government Monbukagakusho scholarship) foreign students)
(2) Second-Stage Selection (for first-pass applicants only)

・July Selection Process: 10 a.m. (JST) Friday, June 21, 2024 – 3 p.m.(JST) Thursday, June 27, 2024
・October Selection Process: 10 a.m. (JST) Thursday, October 3, 2024 – 3 p.m. (JST) Wednesday, October 9, 2024 - Second Stage Selection Examination fee (only for those who passed the first stage) 23,000 Japanese yen (except for the Government-Sponsored (Japanese Government Monbukagakusho scholarship) foreign students)
4-3. Payment Method (Common)
Payment is to be made through a designated financial institution, etc.
There is a special exemption from the examination fee for those affected by the disaster in Japan.

Please pay from one of the following
Credit Card Payment (for all applicants)
Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and American Express are accepted.
You can make a payment by using your credit card at the last stage of the Web Entry system or at this website.
After the payment, you will be provided with a receipt number; enter the number into the box on the Web Entry system.
Print out the application completed page after the payment and submit it together with other required documents to us by mail.

Administration fees need to be covered by the applicant.
Convenience Store Payment (for domestic applicants only)
Payments can be made at LAWSON, 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, or MINISTOP.
To pay your fee at a convenience store, follow the instructions given at the last stage of the Web Entry system or at this website (available in Japanese only).
After the payment, enter the name of the convenience store that you used, the date of payment, and the number given by the store into the box on the Web Entry system.
- 7-Eleven: 13 digits
- LAWSON, Family Mart, MINISTOP: 11 digits
Detach the Receipt Portion (Certificate of Payment) from the Examination Fee Statement given to you at the convenience store and affix it to the “Form for Submission of the Certificate of Payment of Application Fee”. You can create the form in PDF format and print it out from the Web Entry system. Submit it together with other required documents to us by mail.
