Some of the documents have to be mailed to the Office of Master’s/Doctoral Program in Life Science Innovation by express mail. Your documents need to be received by the deadline. Unless requested, all documents submitted will not be returned to you. Examination fees which have been paid are non-refundable. When you submit your application online, the system will ask you to create the Address Sheet. Print out the sheet created and attach it to the envelope when sending the required documents to us.
